Payment/Refund Policy
All training requires a $50 Non-Refundable deposit to reserve your seat in class. This deposit may be credited to any future training if you must cancel or change your training.
We understand that things happen in life and you may not be able to make your scheduled training. To maintain the quality of our training, we keep our class sizes small so we encourage you to notify us as soon as possible so we can offer your slot to another student. We ask that our students cancel at least 72 hours prior to their training. Our refund policy is as follows:
– Student cancels more than 42 hours prior to training — Full Refund (less $50 deposit credited to future training)
– Student cancels 24-72 hours prior to training — Full credit for future training, or 50% refund
– Student cancels less than 24 hours prior to training or is a no show for class — No Refund
– FMI cancels training — Full Refund
– The credit, if any, applied to future training is valid for twelve months from the date of the original scheduled class
In the event of a last minute emergency (such as you being involved in an accident on the way to class), please contact FMI as soon as possible. We train rain or shine, hot or cold, so bad weather is not a valid emergency.
